Rental Rates and Deposits
Rental costumes are charged per event, typically a 24 hour period with an added day to pick up and one to return. For example, a costume rented for a Saturday event can be picked up on Friday and returned on Monday (since we are closed on Sundays except during the Halloween season). This would be a one-day rental.
We charge 1 1/2 times the rental fee for extended rentals -- out of town events, cruise ship vacations, etc.
We accept all major forms of payment for the rental fee. A valid credit card is required for the deposit. We reserve the right to check the validity of the credit card with certain rentals. In some cases, a rental deposit fee will be charged until the costume is returned. These costumes are not limited to but include SpongeBob, Spider-man, Batman, Darth Vader, and the Stormtrooper.
Cancellation Policy
We hope that you will be happy with your rental costume selection. We will gladly refund your rental fee for reservations cancelled before the pick up date minus a $15.00 cancellation fee, with the exception of seasonal rentals. Seasonal items include October Halloween rentals, Christmas rentals, St. Patrick's Day rentals, and Easter rentals.
We are unable to issue refunds for unused items after they have left our store. We consider all rental costumes taken out of the store as soiled and clean them when they are returned. This policy is necessary to ensure that all costumes are properly cleaned and sanitized irregardless of their level of use during a rental. |
